Imaging Lipid-tubules Using Liquid Crystals

Nematic liquid crystals may be used for optical amplification of lipid tubules and vesicles which are best used with a polarized microscope. Liquid crystals are used to magnifying the orientation of the lipid tubules and vesicles, the viewpoint is enhanced. In this research, we synthesized lipid tubles and imaged using a polarized microscope.
